Max Results Training
YOU MUST attend the Max Results Training orientation PRIOR to your 1st day of Summer Body 365 Boot Camp. During orientation, you will be weighed in, photographed, and measured. You will also receive tips on how to get the most out of the program.

Outdoor Boot Camp Days
On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, the workouts are designed to push your body to the max with intense HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), Cardio, and strength and toning drills. You will melt fat and sculpt your body to achieve a more sleek, toned, defined physique. These workouts focus on melting off the layers of fat that hide sleek, toned, muscle. Our uniquely designed workouts burn up to 6X's more fat than a typical cardio routine.
Outdoor Schedule: Mon - Weds - Fri
Time: 7:00 PM
Where: Euclid Creek Park - 1st Entrance off of Highland Rd.
We meet at the first entrance off of Highland road.
Gym Boot Camp Days
On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (Saturday is optional), you will complete the fat burning, body sculpting workout assigned to you. You will be given detailed workout instructions to complete on gym days. These days specifically focus on speeding up the fat burning process and creating more definition by building more fat burning muscle. You will continue to burn fat for up to 48 hours after a gym workout. These workouts cause your body to burn fat even while you sleep.
Indoor Gym Session Schedule - Tues, Thurs, Sat

Where: Planet Fitness - Any Location you choose.
Gym Membership Included. If you already have a gym membership elsewhere, you do not have to attend Planet Fitness. Planet Fitness is optional. You are given a workout guide to take with you to any gym you choose on gym boot camp days.
The Jump Start Detox
You will start the program by detoxing. The detox plan you receive will help you overcome your addiction to sugary, salty, fried foods, as well as give you a jump start in your weight loss goals. The detox results in up to a 7lb. loss your first week. Detoxing before you start the program is like hitting the reset button to get a fresh start on your journey to creating a defined, sexy, sleek body.
The Fat Torching Meal Plan
Steps To Life does NOT believe in fad, quick fix diets. You will be assigned a meal plan based on your current weight and your goals. Over 70% of your results depend on what you eat. Extreme results require more than just "eating right" in general. There's a science to it. We have selected the most effective foods for weight loss and building a toned, sleek body. The meal plans tell you exactly what to eat, when and how much. By following the meal plan, you will learn how to eat well-balanced, healthy meals that incorporate ALL food groups in a healthy way.
Accountability
You will be weighed in, measured, as well as photographed, in order to track your progress. We set goals for you and monitor you in order to assure that you are succeeding. You are expected to reach the goals set for you. If you do not reach the goals set for you, you will be placed on probation for 2 weeks. If you do not reach the 2-week goal set for you, you will be dismissed from the program without refund. Accountability and consequences often improve the odds of you following through by up to 100%.
